COMMON QUERIES

While you're always welcome to reach out to us with any questions, we have compiled a list of FAQs which might be helpful:

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

WILL YOU PROVIDE LOW IMPACT OPTIONS?

Yes, absolutely! Tuesday's & Friday's will have more plyometric movements than other days, but we will always provide you with a low impact option.

-Matt 

-Dumbbells (a variety is great, but anything will work). Usually something lighter for upper body and medium to heavier weight for lower body. 

-Resistance Bands (mini bands and or fabric bands). If you do not own any resistance bands do not panic! You can still do all of the exercises bodyweight or hold a weight for added resistance.  We recommend Arriste Fabric bands. Please follow the link in our Instagram bio for 15% off. 

Alternatives - If you do not own weights, you can put to use household objects. Filled water bottles, or bottles of wine;) 

I'M CURRENTLY WORKING WITH AN INJURY, HOW SHOULD I ADJUST WORKOUTS?

Great question - and one we take very seriously. Please let us know if there is a specific body part or area that you can swap in for exercises if needed. You can send us an email if there's anything we should be aware of.

DO I NEED TO KEEP MY CAMERA ON WHILE ON ZOOM?

This is totally up to you. We recommend using your camera while on zoom so that we as coaches can check-in with you, and ensure you are completing the exercise with correct form. It allows us to offer you encouragement, and push you to complete the extra rep!
