About Stronger Together
Stronger Together is a 45 minute Coach-Led Live Stream Workout. We focus on strength endurance training and increasing overall fitness levels. For us, exercise is not just about the aesthetics, it's about creating healthy, sustainable habits that will last a life time. It's about mental health, as well as physical health, increasing your overall energy levels and celebrating what our bodies can do everyday. Our structured program is designed to target each and every muscle group. Our mission is to take out the guess work. We host five Live Stream classes a week. All of our classes are recorded and uploaded to our on demand library for playback anytime! Come sweat with us!
Upper Body Strength
Kick start your week with an Upper Body Strength class with Coach Gabi. Gabi will guide you through a number of movements pre-designed to target key muscle groups in your Upper Body!
Full Body HIIT
With Coach Gabi's Dumbbell HIIT you're guaranteed to get your heart-rate up, and break a sweat! Targeting Upper Body, Lower Body and Core this workout both efficient and effective!
Lower Body Strength
Burn out your Lower Body with Coach Geselle's Lower Body Strength Class! Squats, Lunges, Deadlifts - you'll move through a number of strength-based exercises to build a strong lower body
Full Body Strength
Join Coach Geselle for a Full Body Strength class every Thursday Morning. Start your day with a Full Body Burn targeting, Upper and Lower Body, as well as Core!
Cardio & Core
Tag Team Fridays! Cardio and Core with Coach Geselle AND Coach Gabi will guide you through some high intensity cardio blocks followed by core strength. Cardio fitness boost metabolism and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises and a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape.
